Vinay is President of Catalign and focuses on consulting and training in the area of talent management and innovation. Vinay has 11+ years experience in strategy analysis, technology consulting and product engineering in the areas of mobile telecommunications, embedded solutions and VLSI CAD.

Before starting independent consulting career, he was with Sasken Communications Technologies Limited for 8 years where he performed various roles in both technology/strategy consulting as well as in program management. Before Sasken, he was with CAD Tools division of Motorola SPS (now Freescale) in Texas, Austin.

Vinay did his Ph.D. in Computer Science from SUNY Buffalo and B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT Bombay.
