Catalign Innovation Consulting is a leading consultancy on
innovation management from India. It was established in 2006 to catalyze
innovation in organizations and even today it is very much focused on that single goal.
In fact, laser sharp focus is the hallmark of what we do.
Catalign's specialty is co-design and co-execution of
innovation programs. Objective of the
innovation program varies from customer to customer. However, they all
involve enhancing innovation pipeline and participation from employees and customers.
Sometimes it also involves developing innovation leadership. Our engagement with our customer lasts from six
months to two years.
Catalign is paranoid about two things: (1) systematic approach (2) sustainability
of the results. To achieve this, we focus on culture-friendly and strategy-friendly
interventions.
